We are a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization founded and operated by veterans and family of veterans dedicated to serving other United States military veterans, from all eras and branches, or service backgrounds, through direct assistance, guidance, and community-based support.

We are governed by an independent Board of Directors as defined in the By-Laws to operate with a strong commitment to transparency, integrity, and accountability to ensure responsible stewardship of donor funds.
